We had a special visitor out at The Timber Walk last Wednesday morning. So many totes, to keep things organized as we collect things for the future cabins and retreat tents. What crossed the driveway at The Timber Walk? Rabbit? You didn’t think a few inches of snow would halt construction of Birchwood Cottage did you? A winter wonderland at The Timber Walk. With the heavy machinery work out of the way, there’s space to bring in the camper. This will serve as a little shelter—a base camp of sorts—as we start building the cottage and then cabins. Thanks to Jason for his help moving the camper out to The Timber Walk. We’re almost there — the very first issue of The Forest Dispatch goes out in January. 🌿✨ We had a bit of wind at The Timber Walk last night. The power went out for about 8 hours and in that time about a dozen trees came down. Fortunately there was no major damage to anything else. Curious what will be inside The Forest Dispatch when it launches in January?
